   I am a gym trainer. and i am consuming it since 2 year. i really like the quality and taste Recipe: Boil oats in water( it may take 10 min on low flame)
   when it cooked, take a bowl. Add boiled oats+ chia seeds+ flax seeds+ pumpkin seeds+ cinnamon powder+ soaked almonds+ ( You can add banana and apple)+ honey
   Now mix all of it.and have it✌️
