Product is very best water filter is also very good for 2000 TDS.

Very misleading product and worst service you can think of. I have been using this Envy Alkaline product for last 1.5 years and now it seems I will have to switch because of their bad service.
1. They claim that external filter is not required, which is absolute rubbish. If you don’t use the external filter, the RO filters choke in max 3-4 months. Even the technician from Livpure recommend to install the external filter and every technician carry those filters with them, incase you want to pay and get it installed
2. Secondly, there filter choke very often. Every 3-4 months you will have to call them to fix it.
3. Nothing amazing about these filters. You may think its branded and give you better quality water. Nothing like it . Even technician will tell you the same thing
4. Alkaline water is just a marketing gimic atleast where you have normal supply of water. I did this test with normal RO and this one almost same pH value for both.
Now about the service:
1. I purchased the 1 year ACMC from their technician who came to service my RO
2. Now as usual after 3 months of filter replacement, all filters are choked.
3. When i raise the service request I was told that your AMC is not active and it will be a paid service.
4. Then I reached out to service center – they told me to reach out to the technician from whom i purchased the AMC. I spoke to him, he said everything is OK from our side and its the company you need to speak to.
5. I spoke to their area manager, he also gave some vague reply and no he has stopped picking up my call.
6. I have dropped multiple emails to them, wrote over social media but just no resolution
7. I call their customer care everyday in the morning and evreytime I have to explain the same problem to them from beginning but still no response from anyone.
So please avoid this completely if you can. I really dont undestand how Sachin can endorse such a loose brand.
