Trimmer is in battery not working after 1month

I was very excited to buy the Eureka Forbes Buddy Pet Grooming Kit for my furbaby, but unfortunately, it did not live up to its promises.
The biggest disappointment is the trimmer. It is practically unusable, and the clipping attachments provided are of very poor quality. The drying function is also ineffective, especially for long-haired breeds like a Shih Tzu. It takes too long and doesn’t dry the coat properly.
Overall, the product quality is disappointing and does not perform as advertised. I expected much better from Eureka Forbes. I would not recommend this grooming kit to pet parents with long-haired dogs.
