I’m recently changing my review by using this product from last 6-7 months.
After 6-7 months this product get auto functioning like (when you switch on it) it starts changing it’s function by itself automatically (light switches off, change in chimney speed to 9 to 5 or 3, auto 3min timer starts on to chimney get off) and as I asked that customer service person Amit Vishwakarma how this happened in 6months only
He said it happens, as it’s machine, all company uses same pcb board branding is just name on it
When I ask about reviews he said fake reviews also there. His behavior was rude, harsh and taking company’s side without any apologization.
So I concern about their quality and there reviews because I chose elica for it’s build and reviews.
My suggestion from his coversation don’t go with brand and reviews.

Auto-clean feature is very useful, no need to clean manually.
Overall, I am satisfied and I would recommend this to others for Indian cooking.
The technician explained everything clearly.
Installation was done properly, but extra charges were taken for the duct pipe and other materials.

There is a design flaw in this particular model. The oil collection tray tilts towards the opposite direction and so the oil drips onto the gas rand and nothing is collected in the tray. The non BLDC model idoes not have this issue. I have verified this with a leveler. For those who have already purchased this model the solution is to add a few shims to get the tray to tilt towards the back. Ensure the fixings to te wall are not strained.
