I’m happy with how it performs. The sweep and mop functions work well. The obstacle detection feature is impressive, it’ll revolve around obstacles in between the room to not miss any spot due to that during cleaning.
One thing that stands out is the Y mode although it takes some time, it proves to be worth the wait as it delivers good mopping results. What surprised me the most is that it can autonomously find its charging dock and connect itself when the charging dock position is changed. It’s also convenient that it automatically switches to Y mode and sweep + mop when the mop pad is inserted. Highly recommended !!

Good Product with Bad Customer service
I have purchased this product but struggling to use it with its full capability. After reaching customer service they have sent me 4 video as demo. However my problem is that mapping the house first time correctly as it’s not doing the job as expected. I have done rest but it didn’t materialized. I wanted to order another one for my family friend but now I have put my decision on hold due bad customer service.
