I purchased the A30 Pro machine from Flipkart on 28th October, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Within just a little over a month, on 4th December, the vacuum function completely stopped working. This was extremely heartbreaking because I had high expectations from this product, especially considering its price and claims.
While I must acknowledge that the customer care team was responsive and polite, the resolution process itself took almost an entire month. The main reason for this delay is that the company does not have any local service centers. The device had to be shipped all the way to Delhi through their authorized service partner, and only after inspection and repair was it sent back to me. This long turnaround time was very inconvenient, as I was unable to use the vacuum machine for a whole month.
Although the issue was covered under warranty and repaired without additional cost, it is quite concerning that such a malfunction happened within just one month of purchase. What made it more frustrating was that the company did not clearly explain what exactly caused the problem. This lack of transparency does not build confidence in the product’s reliability.
. While their warranty support was decent, the early failure of the device, long repair time, and lack of clarity about the issue make me hesitant to recommend this product to others.
Overall, I expected much better durability and service convenience. Sadly, based on my experience, I am not confident in recommending this machine to potential buyers.
