The product is decent in this price range…though the suction power is nice, but it can be better and the main problem is that the motor heats up quickly, so you cannot use it for a long time. Another thing is that the suction pipe provided is not long, so to reach the ceiling of the house is a difficult task. While you can definitely use it to clean the ceiling of a 1,2 Bhk apartment, but to clean the ceiling of a house( one which is from the old era) which has a lot of ceiling height, is difficult. The next thing which I noticed is that the wheels provided are very stiff so it doesn’t rotate with ease and the plastic quality which I saw is not very good..it’s a sort of cheap plastic which was not expected from a brand like Eureka Forbes. Lot of sharp edges at the back and at the bottom. Another thing is that after 5-6 minutes of operation, the power button which is on the top heats up soooo much that you cannot even touch it..so you have to switch it off from the main switch. The power cord retract switch doesn’t work smoothly and gives a feeling that it will come in my hand and same goes with the front panel under which it houses the dust bag. The point where the suction pipe goes and attach itself with the dust bag is very vulnerable to cracks..because of soft/cheap plastics. Although you can buy this if you are going to use this only once in a week and you will clean only a small area or a sofa, curtains…then it is perfect for you and if you are looking for a vacuum cleaner at a lower price range…but I think it’s definitely not for heavy use and if you have a higher budget go for others products.
