This is a very good water purifier No complaints about filteration and features but the main problem is without electricity it is non-functional and the touchpad sometimes doesn’t work properly you have to tap two times to stop the water flow and one major problem is when you tap the touch pad and the motor starts dispensing water upto 8 ltr and you have to calculate how much water you have stored because if the inner tank is empty and you still on the machine then the motor inhales air and the machine will stop working and again you have to call the service man to make the machine working

It’s been around 3 weeks and going great. Great customer support after purchase of product. Delivery is good from Flipkart and within 24 hours installation was amazing.
Pros:
1. Filtered water quality is good and tastes good with alkaline filter. My water TDS is around 300 and output is around 80.
2. Efficient filtering: waste water is reduced by more than 70% when compared to previous RO filter – Aquaguard geneus.
3. Auto clean option which cleans itself is really good option.
4. Pre-filter: This RO purifier comes with two level of Pre-filter which you see installed outside and that’s good to increase life of filters and cost wise foe customer since we have to pay for it if you choose other brands.
5. Warranty of 2 years: None in the market as of now. This is a slap on face of other big brands who are blood sucking parasites in the name of after sales.
6. Dispenser with 3 touch options: A technical solution making affordable for Indian households.
7. Live data tracking: Using UC app and with wifi with 2.4GHz you can connect within 24 hours of installation to track TDS, Daily Water consumption in litres, Filter life check.
Cons:
1. Power supply is needed to dispense water for M2 model.
2. TDS count is not accurate enough but not a problem since the purifier has some brain to control the quality of water. You might need couple of days for getting real time TDS count in UC app.
3. Customer care number: No direct customer care number but if you seek help in UC app through chat, they immediately call you and assist better.
4. Water taste – the taste of the water got better after using for a week. Now all of us at home are enjoying good taste of water.
Overall, it’s good experience till now. Looking forward to update my review after few months of usage. I went forward to purchase Native M2 model because I had enough with service from Aquaguard geneus from 6 years and the amount spent Yearly AMC around 5k and chip failure, Service personnel issues, enough is enough.

This is a perfect water purifier plus got a kracking deal during festive season…M2 product cost me 12.5k. Also installing was quick and done by professional…make sure u have electricity switch and water connection near by for quick and faster installation
