A fraud by flipkart
I would like to inform all the customers of flipkart that when you buy a product from Flipkart, they mention that they will do free installation and etc. we bought the product from Flipkart, However after buying the product flipkart will tell that this product does not need any installation and you do it by yourself. I bought a Kent water softener from flipkart where it is mentioned in big and bold that they will do free installation. However even after 10 days, and repeated calls with flipkart, nobody came for installation. If you talk to flipkart customer care, they are telling that water purifier does not required any installation.
Guys be aware of this kind of fraud which Flipkart is doing. this is my last purchase on flipkart. because now I am suffering to do installation. In this entire process they have also passed the return duration of 7 days. I am also planning to go to consumer court for this fraud.
Be aware guys , do not buy anything from this sites, you never know where they will cheat you.
