Good recliner from Sleepyhead. Foam quality is very soft. Could have been a little more firm. Fabric quality is okay. Reclining position is good. Size is big. Suitable even for heavy persons.
CONS….
Pathetic delivery service by Flipkart. I did not receive the recliner and Flipkart updated order status as delivered on 25.05.22. Had to make numerous calls to log a complaint. They took my complaint after 24 hours and 25-30 calls. The promised date for resolution was by 29.05.22, but customer service did not provide any resolution till 30.05.22. But just by luck the product was delivered on 30.05.22.
It was sheer luck that I got the product. If it was stuck anywhere you will not get any help from Flipkart Customer Care.

Product is astounding but one fact is that for senior citizen process of retracting back the foot recliner is not feasible , it requires immense force which is not for them. Otherwise product is best for relaxing in comfortable position.
