It is good for diabetic patients. If you diagnose your sugar take it and avoid medicines if possible. It will control your sugar naturally. But don’t take it in high amount for long time because the protein content is very high in this and regular use of this high protein will cause problems. The problem I felt was slightly high uric (8.9) acid and higher creatinine level in urine (259 mg/dl). Apart from these it has high fat content too which increases triglycerides (297). However for control for sugar level it works best. The hba1c is 4.5 and fasting insulin is 7.72 which is not bad. Don’t try to be dependent of this flour solemnly instead focus on vegetables. I suggest you to eat it maximum once in day and mix regular atta in it if you have diabetes from long time or using this atta from long time. But if you are recently diagnosed then eat it both times for 2-3 months and then control eating this too.
