   I am a gym freak but i used to get tired after gyming and felt sleepy in college but i try Yogabar Multigrain Variety Energy Bars and notice the change in my energy level .It was just the perfect amount for regaining the energy. Also, the flavour are one of the best things about Yogabars. I am a huge chocolate fan and can eat as much choclate as i can, to come across flavours like Nuts and Seeds ,Chocolate Chunk Nut,Cashew Orange ,Vanilla Almond made me happy that I was eating something that was a substitute of chocolate and was this healthy.

   As you all know After gym body needs instant recovery of energy that’s why I have purchased this as it gives 5g protein and approx 150-200Kcal in just a bar. It comes to me in 4 flavor and the flavor is not as sweet that you can give it to any child after all it’s a energy bar. You might not like taste of some bar but after eating whole box you will love it because it really gives energy.must buy
